Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Lucrative Life with Lucy LLC. 

1. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of coaching and educational services, refunds are limited as follows: 

Clients may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the program start date only if: 

• No coaching sessions have been attended, and
• No program materials or resources have been accessed.

After this 7-day period, all payments are final and non-refundable. 

2. Program Start Date

The program start date is defined as the earlier of: 

• The first scheduled coaching session, or
• Access to any program materials or resources

3. Payment Plans & Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

If Client enrolls using a payment plan or BNPL provider (including Stripe, Klarna, or Affirm): 

• Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment provider;
• The provider will adjust or cancel remaining installment payments in accordance with their terms.

4. No Partial or Prorated Refunds

No refunds are issued for:

• Missed or unused sessions
• Early withdrawal 
• Schedule conflicts
• Dissatisfaction with results
• Failure to complete the program
